Se imprimen en una ciudad, pero recogen mapas de ideas y\nde vínculos intelectuales que exceden localidades específicas. En ellas se mide\nla distancia entre originales y copias, se editan o eliminan colaboraciones, se\ngestan polémicas que se continúan en otros números o en otras publicaciones.\nUna revista con sus páginas en movimiento pendiendo de una cuerda podría\nser la imagen exacta que implica el acto de ‘hojear’ la revista y de la dinámica\nde ideas que se generan entre las propias secciones de la publicación.\nMovilidad es una noción que no solo remite a los desplazamientos verificables\nsino también a la fricción que genera la coexistencia de ideas diversas. Desde\nfines del siglo XX la noción de \"movilidad\" condensó una destacada agenda\ninterdisciplinaria en las ciencias sociales. Muchos estudiosos incluso se refieren\na un nuevo paradigma de movilidad (Sheller y Urry 2006; Faist 2013). No se\ncircunscribe a aprehender los desplazamientos que caracterizan al mundo\ncontemporáneo, sino de entender cómo el movimiento se ha vuelto un dato\nsignificativo. En nuestro caso, se trata de abordar qué dimensión aporta al\nestudio de las revistas el giro teórico en torno a la movilidad. El perpetuo\nmovimiento que puede constatarse en la sociedad contemporánea estaba\npresente de diversas formas en el largo siglo XX.\nLas revistas son un privilegiado soporte para la circulación de ideas en el campo\ndel arte. En sus páginas se producen interconexiones, se jaquea la noción de\nidentidad fija, se activa la recepción activa y los imaginarios de la distancia y la\nproximidad, se difunden programas y valores, se crean comunidades.\nEl propósito de este encuentro es centrarnos en el estudio de las comunidades\ninternacionales que pueden trazarse a partir de las revistas, así como de las\nredes que sus circulaciones produjeron. El mundo en la revista y la revista en el\nmundo. Programas estéticos, formato,\nperiodización.\n② Debates y polémicas. Agendas, actores y problemas.\n③ Mapas internacionales. Colaboradores, estrategias de intercambio,\nestructuras de información.\n④ La revista como escenario de intervención política. Agenda, agentes,\n\n�formaciones políticas. Las revistas como escenario del debate estético de la Guerra\nFría.\n⑤ El objeto revista. Programas de formación y motivos de disolución. Agentes y\ncontextos de enunciación.\n⑥ Estudios comparados. Fundamentos del comparativismo en las\npublicaciones periódicas de estructura transnacional. Zonas de contacto y\nsimultaneidades.\nSi bien estos ejes tienen una función orientativa, no se excluirán trabajos que no se\nencuentren contemplados por las temáticas aquí propuestas. Las mesas de trabajo\ne intercambio se organizarán en función de los trabajos recibidos.\nNormas para la presentación de trabajos:\n▪ Las ponencias podrán presentarse en español, portugués o inglés.\n▪ Estas podrán tener una extensión entre 4000 y 6000 palabras. Deberán incluir\nun resumen, palabras clave, notas, bibliografía e ilustraciones, y estar escritos\ncon tipografía Times New Roman cuerpo 12 e interlineado a espacio y medio\njustificado.\n▪ Irán precedidas por el título, un resumen de 200 palabras como máximo y de\n3 a 5 palabras clave (máximo), todos en español e inglés.\n▪ Las notas y citas bibliográficas irán indicadas a pie de página en tipografía\nTimes New Roman 10. Las citas mayores de tres renglones, irán con sangría a\nambos lados (cinco espacios), en letra cursiva, sin comillas, tipografía Times\nNew Roman cuerpo 10, interlineado simple.\n▪ El título del trabajo irá sobre el margen izquierdo en mayúscula y cursiva, sin\ncomillas. They are printed in one\ncity, but they collect maps of ideas and intellectual connections that exceed\nspecific localities. They measure the distance between originals and copies, edit\nor eliminate collaborations, they generate debates that continue in other issues\nof the same magazine or in other publications. A magazine, its pages in motion,\nhanging from a string – this could be the exact image to describe that moment\nof 'browsing through' a magazine and the dynamics of ideas generated within\nthe publication.\nMobility is a notion that refers not only to verifiable movements (of people, of\nmagazines) but also to the friction generated by the coexistence of diverse\nideas. Since the end of the 20th century the concept of \"mobility\" has\ncondensed a prominent interdisciplinary agenda in the social sciences, with\n\n�many scholars even referring to a new mobilities paradigm (Sheller and Urry\n2006; Faist 2013). It is not limited to apprehending the movements that\ncharacterize the contemporary world, but allows an understanding of how\nmovement has become significant in the intellectual field. In our case, we wish\nto consider the new dimensions that the study of cultural magazines can bring\nto the theoretical turn proposed by the new mobilities paradigm. The\npermanent movement of contemporary society was, in this sense, already\npresent the long twentieth century.\nMagazines are a privileged support for the circulation of ideas in the field of art.\nIn their pages interconnections are shaped, notions of fixed identities are\nquestioned, an active reception and the imagery of distance and proximity are\nactivated, programs and values are spread, and communities are created.\nThe purpose of this conference is to focus on the study of the international\ncommunities that are created through magazines, as well as the networks that\ntheir circulation produced. The world in the magazines and the magazines in\nthe world. Magazines as scenarios of the aesthetic debates during the\nCold War.\n⑤ Magazines as objects. Programs behind their creation and reasons for their\ndissolution. Agents and contexts of enunciation.\n⑥ Comparative studies. Fundaments for comparison in the study of periodical\npublications. Contact zones and simultaneities.\n\nWhile these axes can serve as a general guideline, proposals focusing on topics that\nare not among those proposed here will not be excluded. Panels will be organized\non the basis of the received papers.\nGuidelines for Paper Submission:\n▪ Papers can be presented in Spanish, Portuguese or English.\n▪ They may have a length of 4000 to 6000 words. They should include an\n\n�abstract, keywords, notes, bibliography and illustrations. They should be\nwritten in Times New Roman (size 12), justified text with a spacing of 1.5.\n▪ Each paper should be preceded by the title, an abstract of a maximum of 200\nwords, and 3-5 key words, all in Spanish and English.\n▪ The title of the paper will go on the left margin in uppercase and italics,\nwithout quotation marks.
